Answer to Prayer!!!!!!
After a few days of phone calls, she finally has an appointment with the specialist at UC Davis. It seems the hold up was insurance related. Can we all say.... "annoying"!
But God is faithful and after quite a few phone calls this morning it all worked out, better than we planned.
Rhonda is scheduled to meet with the doctor on next Tuesday. They were going to just schedule the test on her than make her wait 2-3 weeks to see the doctor. Not good enough! After some calling and urging, she will see the doctor right away. That is the big answer to all of you praying! Thank you!
Please pray for her nauseousness, that she can eat plenty and keep her strength up till next Tuesday. Wally has been printing out the comments you all are posting and Rhonda really appreciates all your love, support and prayer.

ReplyDeleteWe spoke with Ron in Kalispell this morning. He filled us in on the status of things at this point and turned us on to this blog. Thanks to Penny for making this an easy and unobtrusive way to communicate with Rhonda. We will pray for your appointment on Tuesday to be productive in a way that means treatment plans can be made and doctors will fill you with the confidence in their medical advice. It seems that you are in a good place to receive the medical attention you need and deserve and the emotional support from family. ReplyDeleteI can't stop thinking of you every day.You are the same age as me and it is hard to think of you going through this when i have so much in my crazy life to be thankful for. Hope and i talked today about thankfulness and in her 14 yr old mind she is very insightful. She said she too is thankful for my health that she could not stand loosing another parent. So i am thinking we are doing something right with her and God does have a plan for her and us and YOU! I want you to rest assured the Valentino's are praying for you daily.
